77An offence the conviction for which indicates that it included a sexual element.
78An offence committed by aiding, abetting, counselling, procuring or inciting the commission of the offence of murder or any offence listed in paragraphs 1 to 77 of this schedule.
79An offence committed by attempting or conspiring to commit the offence of murder or any offence listed in paragraphs 1 to 77 of this schedule.
