20In schedule 2 of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003, under the heading “Other Public Bodies”, in the appropriate place alphabetically, insert—

21In schedule 5 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010, after the entry relating to the Scottish Commission for Human Rights insert—
