Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000
18In schedule 3 of the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000, after the entry relating to the Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration insert—
“The Scottish Commission on Social Security”.
Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
19In schedule 1 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, after paragraph 80B insert—
“80CThe Scottish Commission on Social Security.”.
Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003
20In schedule 2 of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003, under the heading “Other Public Bodies”, in the appropriate place alphabetically, insert—
“Scottish Commission on Social Security”.
Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010
21In schedule 5 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010, after the entry relating to the Scottish Commission for Human Rights insert—
“The Scottish Commission on Social Security”.
