Part Four – Commencement and Short Title

Section 61: Commencement

171.Section 61 provides that the provisions of the Act (except those which come into force at the beginning of the day following the day on which the Act receives Royal Assent) will come into force on a date or dates determined by order, made by the Scottish Ministers. Such an order may include transitional, transitory or savings provisions as the Scottish Ministers consider necessary or expedient.

Section 62: Short Title

172.Section 62 gives the short title of the Act.
