60.This section provides for commencement of the Act. Sections 14 and 15 will come into force on the day after Royal Assent.
61.Subsection (2) provides that the other provisions of the Act will come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by order appoint.
62.Subsection (3) provides that a commencement order may include transitional, transitory or saving provision.
