The Act

Part 5: Final Provisions

Section 60: Subordinate legislation

65.The Scottish Ministers are given powers under this Act to make regulations and orders. Section 60(2) lists which of these will be subject to the affirmative procedure. Section 60(3) provides for all other regulations and orders under the Act are to be made by the negative procedure.
