1In section 9(2B) (no standard security over personal pre-emption burden or personal redemption burden) of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970, after the words “Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 (asp 5)” insert “or as the case may be of section 23 of the Long Leases (Scotland) Act 2012 (asp 9))”.
