Expenses chargeable against the debtor

3Where arrangements for an auction are cancelled under subsection (1) of section 29 above, if new arrangements are made for the auction in the circumstances mentioned in subsection (4)(a) of that section, there shall be chargeable against the debtor the expenses incurred in the making of the new arrangements but not in the making of the arrangements which have been cancelled.
