SCHEDULE 2SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE PROCUREMENT OBJECTIVES

1If the well-being goals are amended, a contracting authority must review its socially responsible procurement objectives.
2If, on a review under paragraph 1, a contracting authority determines that one or more of its socially responsible procurement objectives are no longer appropriate, it must revise the objective or objectives concerned.
3A contracting authority may at any other time review and revise its socially responsible procurement objectives.
4Where a contracting authority revises its socially responsible procurement objectives under paragraph 2 or 3, it must publish them as soon as reasonably practicable.
