(2)A person shall not disclose any information relating to an individual person or business obtained by him in the exercise of his powers under this Act and no information so obtained shall be disclosed, whether as general statistics or otherwise, except by or with the consent of the Ministry.
(3)[F1Subsection (2)]F1 shall not apply to the disclosureF1... of information—
(a)in so far as the disclosure is required for the purposes of a prosecution or other legal proceedings under this Act; or
(b)in so far as the disclosure is required or authorised by this Act or regulations made thereunder.
