161.Mae adran 72 yn rhestru’r materion y caiff person sy’n cael ei gadw’n gaeth (pa un a yw’n blentyn neu’n berson ifanc) a rhiant plentyn sy’n cael ei gadw’n gaeth apelio i’r Tribiwnlys yn eu herbyn. Mae’r rhain yn cyfateb yn fras o ran sylwedd i’r hawliau apelio i blant a phobl ifanc nad ydynt yn cael eu cadw’n gaeth (adran 70), ond yn adlewyrchu’r dyletswyddau gwahanol sy’n ddyledus i bersonau sy’n cael eu cadw’n gaeth.
