156.Mae is-adran (1) yn darparu mai enw’r Ddeddf yw Deddf Addysg Uwch (Cymru) 2015. Mae’r Ddeddf i’w chynnwys yn y rhestr o Ddeddfau Addysg a nodir yn adran 578 o Ddeddf Addysg 1996 (is-adran 2)). Bydd unrhyw gyfeiriad mewn deddfwriaeth at “y Deddfau Addysg” yn cynnwys cyfeiriad at y Ddeddf hon.
