Adran 49 – Dyletswydd i ystyried canllawiau Gweinidogion Cymru

138.Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddyroddi canllawiau i CCAUC sy’n ymwneud ag arfer swyddogaethau CCAUC o dan y Ddeddf. Er enghraifft, gallai Gweinidogion Cymru ddyroddi canllawiau i CCAUC o ran arfer ei swyddogaethau monitro a gwerthuso o dan adran 15 sy’n ymwneud â chynlluniau ffioedd a mynediad, neu mewn perthynas â’i ddyletswydd o dan adran 17 (asesu ansawdd yr addysg). Yn yr un modd, gallai Gweinidogion Cymru ddyroddi canllawiau i CCAUC mewn cysylltiad â llunio Cod rheoli ariannol neu’r datganiad ar y polisi ymyrryd (gweler adran 52).
