Adran 46 – Cyfarwyddydau: cyffredinol

133.Os yw CCAUC yn rhoi cyfarwyddyd i gorff llywodraethu o dan y Ddeddf, rhaid i’r cyfarwyddyd hwnnw fod yn ysgrifenedig. Ar ôl rhoi cyfarwyddyd, gall CCAUC amrywio’r cyfarwyddyd hwnnw neu ei ddirymu drwy gyfarwyddyd diweddarach. Nid yw adrannau 42 i 44 yn gymwys i gyfarwyddyd sy’n darparu ar gyfer dirymu cyfarwyddyd cynharach yn unig, ond maent yn gymwys i gyfarwyddyd sy’n amrywio cyfarwyddyd cynharach yr oedd yr adrannau hynny yn gymwys iddo (gweler adran 41).
