Diwygiadau i Ddeddf 2014
11.—(1) Mae Deddf 2014 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn Nhabl 1 ym mharagraff 1 yn Atodlen 2—
(a)yn lle’r disgrifiad o “Gweithiwr cymorth dysgu mewn ysgol” rhodder—
“Person sy’n bodloni’r gofynion a bennir mewn rheoliadau a wneir o dan adran 14(1)(a)(ii) ac sy’n cefnogi (neu sy’n dymuno cefnogi) y gwaith o ddarparu unrhyw un neu ragor o’r gwasanaethau a bennir mewn rheoliadau a wneir o dan yr adran honno mewn ysgol.”;
(b)yn y disgrifiad o “Gweithiwr cymorth dysgu mewn addysg bellach” hepgorer y geiriau “, ac eithrio athro neu athrawes addysg bellach,”;
(c)mewnosoder ar ôl y cofnod ar gyfer “Ymarferydd dysgu seiliedig ar waith”—
“Tabl 1
| Athro neu athrawes ysgol annibynnol | Person sy’n darparu (neu sy’n dymuno darparu) gwasanaethau athro neu athrawes ysgol annibynnol mewn neu ar ran ysgol annibynnol yng Nghymru. |
| Gweithiwr cymorth dysgu mewn ysgol annibynnol | Person sy’n cefnogi (neu sy’n dymuno cefnogi) y gwaith o ddarparu gwasanaethau athro neu athrawes ysgol annibynnol mewn neu ar ran ysgol annibynnol yng Nghymru. |
| Athro neu athrawes sefydliad ôl-16 arbennig annibynnol | Person sy’n darparu (neu sy’n dymuno darparu) gwasanaethau athro neu athrawes sefydliad ôl-16 arbennig annibynnol mewn neu ar ran sefydliad ôl-16 arbennig annibynnol yng Nghymru. |
| Gweithiwr cymorth dysgu mewn sefydliad ôl-16 arbennig annibynnol | Person sy’n cefnogi (neu sy’n dymuno cefnogi) y gwaith o ddarparu gwasanaethau athro neu athrawes sefydliad ôl-16 arbennig annibynnol mewn neu ar ran sefydliad ôl-16 arbennig annibynnol yng Nghymru.” |
(3) Ym mharagraff 3 yn y lleoedd priodol mewnosoder—
““gwasanaethau athro neu athrawes sefydliad ôl-16 arbennig annibynnol” (“independent special post-16 institution teacher services”) yw gwasanaethau a bennir felly mewn gorchymyn a wneir o dan baragraff 2;”;
““gwasanaethau athro neu athrawes ysgol annibynnol” (“independent school teacher services”) yw gwasanaethau a bennir felly mewn gorchymyn a wneir o dan baragraff 2;”;
“mae i “sefydliad ôl-16 arbennig annibynnol” (“independent special post-16 institution”) yr ystyr a roddir yn adran 56(6) o Ddeddf Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol a’r Tribiwnlys Addysg (Cymru) 2018 (dccc 2);”;
“mae i “ysgol annibynnol” yr ystyr a roddir i “independent school” yn adran 463 o Ddeddf 1996.”
(4) Yn Nhabl 3 yn Atodlen 4, yn y lleoedd priodol yn y Tabl mewnosoder—
