The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 100(3) and (4) of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018(1), make the following Order:
1. The title of this Order is the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 (Amendments to Commencement Orders No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4) Order 2021.

2.—(1) The Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2021(2) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 3—
(a)for paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c)sections 17 to 36;”;
(b)for sub-paragraph (xxv) of paragraph (o) substitute—
“(xxv)paragraph 24(3) and (6)(a).”
(3) In article 6—
(a)for paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c)sections 17 to 36;”;
(b)for sub-paragraph (xxv) of paragraph (o) substitute—
“(xxv)paragraph 24(3) and (6)(a).”
(4) After article 7 insert—
“7A. The following provisions of the Schedule to the Act come into force on 22 June 2021—
(a)paragraph 24(1) for the purpose of the provision in paragraph (b);
(b)paragraph 24(4).”
(5) In article 8—
(a)before paragraph (a) insert—
“(za)section 16;”;
(b)for sub-paragraph (xl) of paragraph (j) substitute—
“(xl)paragraph 24(2), (5) and (6)(b) and (c).”

(2) In article 3—

This Order amends the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2021, the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2021 and the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2021 (“the Commencement Orders”) which bring into force provisions of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 (“the Act”).
The Commencement Orders are amended so that section 16 of the Act (amendments to the Social Service and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014) comes into force fully on 1 September 2021, and paragraph 24(4) of the Schedule to the Act comes into force fully on 22 June 2021.
