Mae Gweinidogion Cymru, drwy arfer y pŵer a roddir iddynt gan adran 5(4)(b) o Ddeddf Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol a’r Tribiwnlys Addysg (Cymru) 2018(1), yn gwneud y Gorchymyn a ganlyn:

1. Enw’r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn y Cod Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol (Diwrnod Penodedig) (Cymru) 2021.

2. Y diwrnod penodedig i’r Cod Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol ddod i rym (y gosodwyd copi ohono ar ffurf ddrafft gerbron Senedd Cymru ar 18 Mawrth 2021 ac a gymeradwywyd drwy benderfyniad gan Senedd Cymru ar 23 Mawrth 2021) yw 1 Medi 2021.

Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn pennu 1 Medi 2021 fel y diwrnod y daw’r Cod Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol (“y Cod”) a ddyroddwyd gan Weinidogion Cymru o dan adran 4 o Ddeddf Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol a’r Tribiwnlys Addysg (Cymru) 2018 (“y Ddeddf) i rym.
Mae’r Cod yn gosod gofynion statudol ac yn cynnwys canllawiau statudol mewn perthynas â nodi a diwallu anghenion dysgu ychwanegol plant a phobl ifanc o dan Ran 2 o’r Ddeddf.
