Mae Gweinidogion Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddir gan adrannau 144B(1), (2)(a) a (3), 166(1)(b) a (4)(a) a 168 o Ddeddf Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Llesiant (Cymru) 2014(1), yn gwneud y Rheoliadau a ganlyn(2).
Yn unol ag adran 144B(6) o’r Ddeddf honno, mae Gweinidogion Cymru wedi ymgynghori ag unrhyw bersonau yr oeddent yn ystyried eu bod yn briodol.
Gosodwyd drafft o’r Rheoliadau hyn gerbron Senedd Cymru o dan adran 196(6)(a) o’r Ddeddf honno ac fe’i cymeradwywyd ganddi drwy benderfyniad(3).
