Enwi, cychwyn a chymhwyso
1.—(1) Enw’r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Ardrethu Annomestig (Lluosydd) (Cymru) 2021.
(2) Daw’r Gorchymyn hwn i rym drannoeth y diwrnod y’i cymeradwyir drwy benderfyniad gan Senedd Cymru, ar yr amod y cymeradwyir y Gorchymyn cyn i Senedd Cymru gymeradwyo’r adroddiad cyllid llywodraeth leol ar gyfer y flwyddyn ariannol sy’n dechrau ar 1 Ebrill 2021, neu cyn 1 Mawrth 2021 (pa un bynnag sydd gynharaf)(1).
(3) Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn gymwys o ran Cymru.

Yn rhinwedd adran 150A(2) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 2006, mae cyfeiriadau yn Neddf Cyllid Llywodraeth Leol 1988 at Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru bellach yn cael effaith fel cyfeiriadau at Senedd Cymru.
