Addasiadau i Ddeddf 1983

6.—(1) Mae darpariaethau Deddf 1983 y cyfeirir atynt yn adran 187(1) o’r Ddeddf honno (darpariaethau sy’n gymwys mewn etholiadau lleol penodol) yn gymwys i etholiad cynghorwyr cymuned gyda’r addasiad bod unrhyw gyfeiriad at swyddog priodol yr awdurdod i’w ddarllen fel cyfeiriad at y swyddog canlyniadau.

(2) Mae adran 136(2)(b) o Ddeddf 1983(1) (swm gwarant costau ar ddeiseb etholiad) yn gymwys i etholiad cynghorwyr cymuned gyda’r addasiad bod y cyfeiriad at “£2,500” i’w ddarllen fel cyfeiriad at “£1,500”.
