Ceisiadau am gydnabyddiaeth
6.—(1) Mae’r erthygl hon yn gymwys pan fo person wedi gwneud cais i Weinidogion Cymru cyn 21 Medi 2015 am gydnabyddiaeth o dan adran 30(1)(e) o Ddeddf 1997 nad yw wedi ei dynnu’n ôl gan y person ac nad yw Gweinidogion Cymru wedi penderfynu yn ei gylch, cyn y dyddiad hwnnw.
(2) O 21 Medi 2015 ymlaen, mae’r cais i gael ei drin fel cais i Gymwysterau Cymru gan y person am gydnabyddiaeth gyffredinol o dan adran 8 o’r Ddeddf.
(3) Caiff y person, ar neu ar ôl 21 Medi 2015 ond cyn i Gymwysterau Cymru benderfynu pa un ai i gydnabod y person ai peidio, bennu’n ysgrifenedig i Gymwysterau Cymru gymhwyster neu ddisgrifiad o gymhwyster nad yw’r person yn dymuno cael ei gydnabod mewn cysylltiad â’i ddyfarnu ac mae’r person i gael ei drin fel pe bai wedi pennu’r cymhwyster neu’r disgrifiad o gymhwyster o dan adran 8(2) o’r Ddeddf.
