13. Er gwaethaf diddymu adran 30 o Ddeddf 1997 gan y Ddeddf, mae cymhwyster sydd wedi ei achredu gan Weinidogion Cymru yn unol â’r adran honno i barhau i gael ei drin fel cymhwyster sydd wedi ei achredu at ddibenion y diffiniad o “further education course” yn rheoliad 3 o Reoliadau’r Isafswm Cyflog Cenedlaethol 2015(1).
