Mae adran 9 o Ddeddf Tiroedd Comin 2006 yn gwahardd, yn ddarostyngedig i eithriadau, hollti hawl comin oddi wrth y tir y mae’r hawl honno’n gysylltiedig ag ef.
Mae erthygl 3 o’r Gorchymyn hwn yn caniatáu hollti dros dro hawl comin i bori anifeiliaid oddi wrth y tir y mae’r hawl honno’n gysylltiedig ag ef drwy alluogi lesio neu drwyddedu’r hawl i drydydd parti am ddim mwy na phum mlynedd.
Mae erthygl 4 yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i unrhyw gytundeb hollti dros dro a wneir o dan y Gorchymyn hwn gynnwys cymal yn sicrhau yr hysbysir yr Awdurdod Cofrestru Tiroedd Comin perthnasol a sefydliadau ac unigolion amrywiol eraill am y cytundeb, o fewn 28 o ddiwrnodau.
Mae erthygl 5 yn dirymu Gorchymyn Tiroedd Comin (Hollti Hawliau) (Cymru) 2007.
Mae erthygl 6 yn diogelu effaith unrhyw lesoedd neu drwyddedau yr ymrwymir iddynt yn rhinwedd erthygl 2 o Orchymyn Tiroedd Comin (Hollti Hawliau) (Cymru) 2007.
Mae Asesiad Effaith Rheoleiddiol o effeithiau’r Gorchymyn hwn ar gostau busnes, o ran cynyddu’r cyfnod y gall cytundeb hollti dros dro bara, wedi cael ei baratoi mewn perthynas â’r Gorchymyn hwn. Gellir cael copïau gan yr Adran Dyfodol Cynaliadwy, Llywodraeth Cymru, Parc Cathays, Caerdydd, CF10 3NQ.
