2.—(1) Yr amgylchiadau sydd wedi eu rhagnodi at ddibenion adran 512ZB(4)(a)(ai) o Ddeddf 1996 yw bod rhiant C yn cael credyd cynhwysol ar neu ar ôl 6 Medi 2013(1).
(2) Yr amgylchiadau sydd wedi eu rhagnodi at ddibenion adran 512ZB(4)(b)(ai) o Ddeddf 1996 yw bod C yn cael credyd cynhwysol ar neu ar ôl 6 Medi 2013.
