Gwybodaeth gan geiswyr
10.—(1) Rhaid i bob ceisydd a phob myfyriwr cymwys y rhoddir cymorth iddo, cyn gynted ag y bo'n rhesymol ymarferol ar ôl cael cais i wneud hynny, roi i Weinidogion Cymru unrhyw wybodaeth a dogfennau y bydd Gweinidogion Cymru yn gofyn amdanynt at ddibenion y Rheoliadau hyn.
(2) Pan fo'n gymwys rhaid i bob ceisydd a phob myfyriwr cymwys y rhoddir cymorth iddo roi gwybod ar unwaith i Weinidogion Cymru a rhoi'r manylion i Weinidogion Cymru os bydd unrhyw rai o'r canlynol yn digwydd—
(a)bod y person yn tynnu'n ôl o'r cwrs, yn rhoi'r gorau iddo neu'n cael ei ddiarddel oddi arno;
(b)bod y person yn trosglwyddo i gwrs arall yn yr un sefydliad Ewropeaidd;
(c)bod y person yn rhoi'r gorau i fod yn bresennol ar y cwrs ac nad yw'n bwriadu parhau ag ef neu na chaniateir iddo barhau ag ef am weddill y flwyddyn academaidd;
(ch)bod y person yn absennol o'r cwrs am fwy na 60 diwrnod oherwydd salwch neu am unrhyw gyfnod am unrhyw reswm arall;
(d)bod y mis ar gyfer dechrau'r cwrs neu ei gwblhau yn newid;
(dd)bod cyfeiriad gartref y person neu ei gyfeiriad yn ystod y tymor yn newid.
