Ailfewnforio cynhyrchion
27.—(1) Rhaid i filfeddyg swyddogol wrth yr arolygfa ffin, awdurdodi ailfewnforio llwyth o gynhyrchion a darddodd o'r Undeb Ewropeaidd ac a wrthodwyd gan drydedd wlad, os daeth y canlynol gyda'r llwyth—
(a)y dystysgrif wreiddiol neu gopi a ddilyswyd gan yr awdurdod cymwys a oedd wedi dyroddi'r dystysgrif a ddaeth gyda'r llwyth, yn ogystal â manylion y rhesymau pam y'i gwrthodwyd a gwarant y cadwyd at yr amodau sy'n llywodraethu storio a chludo'r llwyth, gan nodi nad yw'r cynhyrchion sydd yn y llwyth wedi cael eu trafod mewn unrhyw fodd; neu
(b)yn achos cynwysyddion wedi eu selio, drwy dystysgrif gan y cludwr sy'n nodi nad yw'r cynnwys wedi ei drafod na'i ddadlwytho.
(2) Rhaid i filfeddyg swyddogol wneud gwiriad dogfennol, gwiriad adnabod, ac, os oes angen hynny, gwiriad ffisegol.
(3) Rhaid i'r mewnforiwr naill ai—
(a)cludo'r llwyth yn uniongyrchol i'r sefydliad tarddiad yn yr Aelod-wladwriaeth lle y dyroddwyd y dystysgrif, mewn cyfrwng cludo nad yw'n gollwng, a ddynodwyd ac a seliwyd gan y milfeddyg swyddogol yn yr arolygfa ffin fel bydd y seliau yn cael eu torri pa bryd bynnag yr agorir y cynhwysydd, neu
(b)dinistrio'r llwyth fel sgil-gynhyrchion anifeiliaid.
