Defnyddio a storio meddyginiaethau
26.—(1) Rhaid i'r person cofrestredig wneud trefniadau addas ar gyfer cadw unrhyw feddyginiaeth yn y fangre berthnasol yn ddiogel.
(2) Yn benodol rhaid i'r person cofrestredig sicrhau, yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3)—
(a)bod plant perthnasol yn cael eu hatal rhag cael gafael ar unrhyw feddyginiaeth heb oruchwyliaeth;
(b)bod unrhyw feddyginiaeth a bresgripsiynwyd ar gyfer plentyn perthnasol yn cael ei rhoi fel a bresgripsiynwyd i'r plentyn y'i presgripsiynwyd ar ei gyfer, ac nid i unrhyw blentyn arall; ac
(c)bod cofnod ysgrifenedig yn cael ei gadw o unrhyw feddyginiaeth a roddir i blentyn perthnasol.
(3) Yn y rheoliad hwn, ystyr “presgripsiynwyd” yw—
(a)archebwyd ar gyfer claf i'w darparu i'r claf hwnnw o dan neu yn rhinwedd adran 80 o Ddeddf y Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Cymru) 2006 (trefniadau ar gyfer gwasanaethau fferyllol)(1); neu
(b)mewn achos nad yw'n dod o fewn is-baragraff (a), presgripsiynwyd ar gyfer claf o dan adran 58 o Ddeddf Meddyginiaethau 1968 (cynhyrchion meddyginiaethol ar bresgripsiwn yn unig)(2).
