Mae'r Rheolau hyn yn diwygio Rheolau Pridiannau Tir Lleol 1977 (O.S. 1977/985) drwy ddileu o Atodlen 3 (Ffioedd) y cofnod cyfan ar gyfer eitem 5 (chwiliad personol yn y gofrestr gyfan neu mewn rhan ohoni mewn cysylltiad ag un parsel o dir neu, os yw'r chwiliad yn rhychwantu mwy nag un parsel, y parseli hynny). Mae'r ffi'n anghydnaws â Rheoliadau Gwybodaeth Amgylcheddol 2004(1) sy'n gweithredu Cyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 2003/4/EC(2) ynghylch mynediad gan y cyhoedd at wybodaeth amgylcheddol.
