Sylwadau yn erbyn hysbysiadau llosgi
9.—(1) Caiff person, y mae hysbysiad llosgi wedi'i gyflwyno iddo, gyflwyno sylwadau yn erbyn yr hysbysiad hwnnw i berson a benodir i'r perwyl hwnnw gan Weinidogion Cymru.
(2) Rhaid i unrhyw sylwadau o'r fath gael eu cyflwyno o fewn 28 o ddiwrnodau i ddyddiad yr hysbysiad llosgi.
(3) Rhaid i'r person penodedig ystyried y sylwadau a chyflwyno adroddiad ysgrifenedig i Weinidogion Cymru.
(4) Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru roi hysbysiad ysgrifenedig o'u dyfarniad terfynol a'r rhesymau drosto.
(5) Pan fo person yn cyflwyno sylwadau yn erbyn hysbysiad llosgi, mae'r hysbysiad llosgi'n cael effaith hyd nes y caiff ei ddirymu gan Weinidogion Cymru, ei dynnu'n ôl ganddynt neu hyd nes y daw ei gyfnod i ben.
