RHAN 3 —CYNLLUN RHEOLI ADNODDAU FFERM
Bydd yn rhaid i bob un sy'n cymryd rhan gwblhau cynllun rheoli adnoddau fferm. Bydd angen i brif adran y cynllun adnoddau fferm gael ei chwblhau o fewn 6 mis ar ôl ymrwymo i gytundeb Tir Cynnal.
Bydd yn ofynnol i'r rhai sy'n cymryd rhan ddiweddaru'r ddogfen, drwy wneud newidiadau iddi pan fo hynny'n ofynnol.
Bydd angen paratoi'r Cynllun a'i ddangos i un o Swyddogion y Cynulliad pan fydd yn amser arolygu'r fferm.
Os yw fferm yn cynhyrchu, storio neu'n gwaredu slyri, tail buarth fferm, neu ddeunydd gwastraff organig arall, mae Cynllun Rheoli Tail yn ofynnol. Os nad oes Cynllun Rheoli Tail sy'n ymwneud â'r ardal gytundeb ar gael eisoes, mae'n ofynnol i'r deiliad cytundeb baratoi un, gan ddefnyddio'r templed Tir Cynnal a ddyluniwyd at y diben hwnnw.
Rhaid cwblhau'r Cynllun Rheoli Tail o fewn deuddeng mis ar ôl ymrwymo i gytundeb Tir Cynnal.
Os taenir gwrtaith organig neu anorganig ar y tir cytundeb, mae Cynllun Rheoli Maetholion Pridd yn ofynnol. Os nad oes Cynllun Rheoli Maetholion Pridd ar gael yn hwylus, rhaid i'r parti arall baratoi un gan ddefnyddio'r templed Tir Cynnal a ddyluniwyd at y diben hwnnw. Rhaid paratoi'r Cynllun Rheoli Maetholion Pridd o fewn deuddeng mis i ymrwymo i gytundeb Tir Cynnal.
Rhaid adolygu prif ran y Cynllun Rheoli Adnoddau, ac os ydynt yn ofynnol, y Cynllun Rheoli Tail a'r Cynllun Rheoli Maetholion Pridd, a hynny'n flynyddol o leiaf neu'n fwy aml os bernir gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol fod angen hynny.
