Symud o'r daliad adnabod
6.—(1) Mae'r darpariaethau canlynol yn gymwys, yn ychwanegol at ofynion paragraff 5, pan symudir anifail o'r daliad lle cafodd ei adnabod.
(2) Pan symudir anifail o'r daliad lle cafodd ei adnabod i sioe neu arddangosfa, mae gofynion y gofrestr a'r ddogfen symud ym mharagraff 7 yn gymwys.
(3) Pan draddodir anifail o'r daliad adnabod i Aelod Wlad arall, mae'n rhaid i'r ceidwad—
(a)rhoi ail dag adnabod ar yr anifail gyda chod yr un union yr un fath â'r cyntaf a rhoi'r cod sydd ar y tagiau adnabod yn ei gofrestr ac yn y ddogfen symud; neu
(b)rhoi tag X ar yr anifail, croesgyfeirio cod y tag X i'r cod tag adnabod yn ei gofrestr a chofnodi cod y tag X yn y ddogfen symud.
(4) Pan symudir anifail o'r daliad adnabod i dir comin neu i ddaliad arall at ddibenion dipio neu gneifio a'i ddychwelyd ar unwaith i'r daliad adnabod, mae paragraff 9 yn gymwys.
(5) Pan symudir anifail o'r daliad adnabod i dir pori dros dro a'i ddychwelyd ar unwaith i'r daliad adnabod, mae paragraff 10 yn gymwys.
(6) Pan symudir anifail o'r daliad adnabod i unrhyw ddaliad arall, mae'n rhaid i'r ceidwad gofnodi'r wybodaeth y cyfeiriwyd ati ym mharagraff 5(1)(a) a 5(1)(b) yn ei gofrestr ac yn y ddogfen symud ac mae'n rhaid i geidwad y daliad sy'n derbyn yr anifail gofnodi'r un wybodaeth yn ei gofrestr pan fydd yn derbyn yr anifail.
