Symud gafr a fwriedir ar gyfer bridio
15. Pan anfonir gafr o un fangre i fangre arall ar gyfer bridio, ac yntau wedi ei gadw ar wahân ar y fangre y mae'n ei gadael yn unol â pharagraff 8 o Atodlen 2 i'r Gorchymyn Rheoli Clefydau (Cymru) 2003 er mwyn osgoi sbarduno cyfnod segur yn y fangre y bydd yn ei chyrraedd—
(a)rhaid i'r ceidwad yn y fangre y bydd yr afr yn ei gadael gofnodi cod adnabod unigol yr afr yn ei gofrestr a'r ddogfen symud pan fydd yr afr yn gadael y fangre;
(b)rhaid i'r ceidwad yn y fangre y bydd yr afr yn ei chyrraedd gofnodi cod adnabod unigol yr afr yn ei gofrestr;
(c)pan fydd yr afr yn dychwelyd i'r fangre wreiddiol, rhaid i'r ceidwad yn y fangre lle'r anfonwyd yr afr ar gyfer bridio gofnodi'r cod adnabod unigol yn ei gofrestr a'r ddogfen symud; ac
(ch)pan fydd yr anifail yn dychwelyd i'r fangre wreiddiol rhaid i'r ceidwad yn y fangre honno gofnodi'r cod adnabod unigol yn ei gofrestr.
