Amddiffyniadau
30.—(1) Mae'n amddiffyniad i unrhyw berson sydd wedi ei gyhuddo o fynd yn groes i, neu o beidio â chydymffurfio ag unrhyw ddarpariaeth yn y Gorchymyn hwn neu yn Rheoliad y Cyngor sy'n ymwneud â rhoi neu osod tagiau clust, tatŵs neu dransbonderau electronig brofi y byddai gwneud hynny yn achosi poen neu ddioddefaint diangen i'r anifail.
(2) Mae'n amddiffyniad i unrhyw berson sydd wedi ei gyhuddo o fynd yn groes i, neu beidio â chydymffurfio gydag unrhyw ddarpariaeth yn y Gorchymyn hwn neu Reoliad y Cyngor sy'n ymwneud â symud anifail o ddaliad heb roi neu osod y tag clust, tatŵ neu dransbonder electronig gofynnol brofi bod yr anifail wedi cael ei symud o'r daliad i gael triniaeth brys gan filfeddyg.
