Cod adnabod unigol
3.—(1) Mae cyfeiriad yn y Gorchymyn hwn at “cod adnabod unigol”(“individual identification code”) anifail, ac eithrio anifail sydd â mwy nag un tag clust neu datŵ gyda Rhif adnabod unigol i'r anifail, yn gyfeiriad at y cod ar—
(a)y dull cyntaf o adnabod a roddwyd ar yr anifail yn unol â Rheoliad y Cyngor; neu
(b)y tag clust neu datŵ a ddefnyddiwyd i adnabod yn unigol, anifail a anwyd ar neu cyn 9 Gorffennaf 2005 yn unol ag unrhyw un o'r Gorchmynion blaenorol neu, yn achos anifail sydd heb ei adnabod felly, y cod ar y tag adnabod.
(2) Yn achos anifail sydd â mwy nag un tag clust neu datŵ gyda Rhif i adnabod yr anifail yn unigol, mae cyfeiriad yn y Gorchymyn hwn at y “cod adnabod unigol” (“individual identification code”) yn gyfeiriad at—
(a)yn achos anifail nad yw'n dod o Ogledd Iwerddon, y tag clust neu datŵ gyda'r llythrennau “UK”a Rhif sy'n adnabod yr anifail yn unigol neu, os nad yw'r anifail wedi ei nodi felly, y tag clust neu datŵ a roddwyd yn fwyaf diweddar ar yr anifail sy'n ei adnabod yn unigol; neu
(b)yn achos anifail o Ogledd Iwerddon, y cod sydd wedi ei roi ar y tag clust yng nghlust chwith yr anifail.
