Cwmpas y Rheoliadau
3.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraffau (2) a (3) mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys i gynhyrchion jam penodedig a chynhyrchion tebyg penodedig, a fwriedir ar gyfer eu bwyta gan bobl ac sy'n barod i'w cyflwyno i'r defnyddiwr olaf neu i sefydliad arlwyo.
(2) Nid yw'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys i unrhyw gynnyrch jam penodedig neu gynnyrch tebyg penodedig a fwriedir ar gyfer gweithgynhyrchu mân gynnyrch popty, crystiau neu fisgedi.
(3) Nid yw'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys i unrhyw gynnyrch sy'n dwyn y disgrifiad a nodir yn eitemau 8 i 11 o golofn 1 Atodlen 1 ac —
(a)y daethpwyd ag ef i mewn i Gymru —
(i)o Wladwriaeth AEE (ac eithrio'r Deyrnas Unedig), neu
(ii)o ran arall o'r Deyrnas Unedig, lle cafodd ei werthu'n gyfreithlon, ar ôl cael ei gynhyrchu'n gyfreithlon mewn Gwladwriaeth AEE; neu
(b)y daethpwyd ag ef i mewn i Gymru —
(i)o Aelod-wladwriaeth (ac eithrio'r Deyrnas Unedig), neu
(ii)o ran arall o'r Deyrnas Unedig, lle cafodd ei werthu'n gyfreithlon, ar ôl cael ei gynhyrchu'n gyfreithlon mewn Aelod-wladwriaeth, neu lle'r oedd mewn cylchrediad rhydd ac yn cael ei werthu'n gyfreithlon.
