Diwygio Rheoliadau Cyngor Addysgu Cyffredinol Cymru (Ffioedd) 2002
3.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Cyngor Addysgu Cyffredinol Cymru (Ffioedd) 2002(1) yn cael eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn rheoliad 3 yn lle'r geiriau “y mae'n ofynnol” i'r diwedd rhodder y geiriau “y mae'n ofynnol iddynt gael eu cofrestru yn rhinwedd rheoliadau a wnaed o dan adran 134(1) o Ddeddf Addysg 2002(2)”.
(3) Yn rheoliad 4(4) yn lle paragraff (b) rhodder y canlynol —
“(b)ei bod yn ofynnol iddynt gael eu cofrestru felly yn rhinwedd rheoliadau a wnaed o dan adran 134(1) o Ddeddf Addysg 2002,”.
