Penderfyniadau prawf gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol
1.—(1) Yn achos personau a oedd, ar 1 Medi 1992, wedi cychwyn ond heb gwblhau cyfnod prawf o dan reoliad 14 o Reoliadau 1989, ac Atodlen 6 iddynt, bydd rheoliad 14 ac Atodlen 6 yn parhau i gael effaith hyd nes y cydymffurfir â'u holl ddarpariaethau.
(2) Nid yw athrawon —
(a)y dyfarnwyd eu bod yn anaddas i gael eu cyflogi ymhellach fel athrawon cymwysedig yn unol â pharagraff 2(c) o Atodlen 2 i Reoliadau 1959; neu
(b)a gafodd rybudd ysgrifenedig o dan baragraff 5(2) o Atodlen 6 i Reoliadau 1982,
i gyflawni gwaith a bennwyd yn rheoliad 6 mewn ysgol heb ganiatâd y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol.
