Trosglwyddo cyflogeion Cynllun Cyflogaeth Estynedig o dan y Cynllun Cyflogaeth Estynedig
6.—(1) Mae paragraff (2) yn gymwys i gyflogai Cynllun Cyflogaeth Estynedig na therfynwyd ei gontract cyflogaeth (boed wrth i rybudd ddod i ben, treigl amser neu fel arall).
(2) Yn ystod y cyfnod o ddeuddeg mis ar ôl y dyddiad trosglwyddo, caiff contract cyflogaeth rhwng cyflogai Cynllun Cyflogaeth Estynedig y mae paragraff (1) yn gymwys iddo a Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol Powys, os cafodd y cyflogai hwnnw gynnig cyflogaeth a'i derbyn —
(a)gan unrhyw Fwrdd Iechyd Lleol (heblaw Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol Powys o dan y Cynllun Cyflogaeth Estynedig); neu
(b)gan Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru,
ei drin fel pe bai wedi cael ei wneud yn wreiddiol rhwng cyflogai y Cynllun Cyflogaeth Estynedig a Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol o'r fath neu Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru.
