(This note is not part of the Regulations)
The Agricultural Subsidies (Appeals) (Wales) Regulations 2001 set up a system of agricultural appeals for Wales.
The present Regulations amend those Regulations by removing the requirement for applicants to give the grounds for their application at stages 1 and 2 of the appeals process.
They also extend the period for making such an application at stages 2 and 3 of the process from 30 days to 60 days and introduce an element of flexibility in relation to the address for service of notices.
1972 c. 68. The National Assembly was designated for the purposes of Section 2(2) by the European Communities (Designation) (No.3) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/2788).
