Cyflawni swyddogaethau gan bwyllgorau ardal
6.—(1) Caiff person sydd â phŵ er i wneud trefniadau o dan y rheoliad hwn drefnu i unrhyw swyddogaethau sy'n gyfrifoldeb i weithrediaeth yr awdurdod lleol perthnasol gael eu cyflawni gan bwyllgor ardal o'r awdurdod hwnnw.
(2) Os gall unrhyw swyddogaethau gael eu cyflawni gan bwyllgor ardal yn rhinwedd y rheoliad hwn, yna, oni bai bod y person perthnasol yn cyfarwyddo fel arall, caiff y pwyllgor ardal drefnu i unrhyw un o'r swyddogaethau hynny gael ei chyflawni gan is-bwyllgor o'r pwyllgor hwnnw neu gan un o swyddogion yr awdurdod.
(3) Os gall unrhyw swyddogaethau gael eu cyflawni gan is-bwyllgor o bwyllgor ardal yn rhinwedd paragraff (2) uchod, yna, oni bai bod y pwyllgor ardal neu'r person perthnasol yn cyfarwyddo fel arall, caiff yr is-bwyllgor drefnu i unrhyw un o'r swyddogaethau hynny gael ei chyflawni gan un o swyddogion yr awdurdod.
(4) Nid yw unrhyw drefniadau a wneir o dan y rheoliad hwn gan berson a bennir yn rheoliad 3, 4 neu 5 uchod ar gyfer cyflawni unrhyw swyddogaethau gan bwyllgor ardal i atal y person hwnnw rhag arfer y swyddogaethau hynny.
(5) Cyn gynted ag y bo'n rhesymol ymarferol ar ôl gwneud trefniadau o dan y rheoliad hwn, rhaid i'r weithrediaeth sicrhau bod copïau o ddogfen sy'n nodi darpariaethau'r trefniadau ar gael ym mhrif swyddfa'r awdurdod i gael eu harchwilio gan aelodau'r cyhoedd ar bob adeg resymol.
(6) Wrth baratoi'r ddogfen y cyfeirir ati ym mharagraff (5) uchod, rhaid i'r weithrediaeth roi sylw i unrhyw ganllawiau a gyhoeddir gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol o dan adran 38 o Ddeddf 2000.
