Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn diwygio Gorchymyn Rheoli Clefydau (Mesurau Dros Dro) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) 2002 (O.S. 2002/2304 (Cy. 229)) (y “prif Orchymyn”).
Y prif ddiwygiadau yw—
(a)dileu erthygl 5 o'r prif Orchymyn sy'n darparu y bydd yn anghyfreithlon yn gyffredinol i hela rhywogaethau penodol â chwn ac eithrio o dan awdurdod caniatâd a ddyroddwyd gan arolygydd milfeddygol; a
(b)amnewid erthygl 3(3)(dd) er mwyn darparu na fydd symudiadau hyrddod i unrhyw safle yn arwain at ofyniad segura yno (fel y cyfeirir ato yn erthygl 3(1)(b) o'r prif Orchymyn) ar yr amod bod yr hwrdd yn cael ei ddychwelyd i'r safle hwnnw o le y cafodd ei symud iddo at ddibenion bridio a'i fod yn cael ei ynysu oddi wrth anifeiliaid eraill am 20 diwrnod ar ôl dyddiad ei ddychweliad.
