Pennu targedau cyrhaeddiad a rhaglenni astudio
3.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2) isod, mae'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol yn cyfarwyddo y bydd y darpariaethau ynglŷn â thargedau cyrhaeddiad a rhaglenni astudio a nodir yn y Ddogfen yn cael effaith i'r diben o bennu'r targedau cyrhaeddiad a rhaglenni astudio ynglŷn â gwyddoniaeth.
(2) Ni ddylid ystyried bod unrhyw raglen astudio a nodir yn y Ddogfen yn cynnwys—
(a)Syndrom Afiechyd Diffyg Imiwnedd a Firws Diffyg Imiwnedd Dynol,
(b)unrhyw glefyd arall a drosglwyddir yn rhywiol, neu
(c)agweddau ar ymddygiad rhywiol dynol, heblaw agweddau biolegol.
