The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 113(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006(1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills Order 2016 and comes into force on 14th July 2016.
2. Amanda Mary Victoria Spielman is appointed to the office of Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills for a period of 5 years from 1st January 2017.
3. The Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills Order 2011 is revoked(2).
