The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7, 42, 56, 88(3A), 102(4), 114(2), 123(4) and 232(3)(b) of, and paragraphs 2 and 4 of Schedule 6 to, the Planning Act 2008(1) makes the following Regulations:

2008 c. 29. Section 42 was amended by section 23(1) and (2) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (c. 23); section 56 was amended by section 23(1) and (5) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (c. 23) and section 128(2), 138(1) and (2) of, and paragraphs 1 and 14 of Schedule 13 to, the Localism Act 2011 (c. 20); section 102(4) was amended by section 128(2) of, and paragraphs 1 and 47 of Schedule 13 to, the Localism Act 2011; section 114(2) was amended by section 128(2) to, and paragraphs 1 and 55 of Schedule 13 to, the Localism Act 2011; paragraphs 2 and 4 of Schedule 6 were amended by section 128(2) of, and paragraphs 1 and 72 of Schedule 13 to, the Localism Act 2011 and section 112(1) of, and paragraph 4 of Schedule 8 to, the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 .
