The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 20 and 161(3) of, and paragraph 3(4) of Schedule 1 to, the Health and Social Care Act 2008(1), makes the following Regulations:

2008 c.14. “Prescribed” and “regulations” are defined in section 97(1).
