The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 65(2A) of, paragraphs 2(3B),(3C), 3(2) and 3(3) of Schedule 6, paragraph 2(3) of Schedule 6A, paragraph 10(4A) of Schedule 7, paragraph 10(4) of Schedule 11 and paragraph 10(4) of Schedule 15 to, the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000(1):
2000 c.41; subsection (2A) of section 65, paragraphs 2(3B) and (3C), 3(2) and (3) of Schedule 6, paragraph 10(4A) of Schedule 7, paragraph 10(4) of Schedule 11 and paragraph 10(4) of Schedule 15 were inserted by section 10(2) of, and paragraphs 24 to 30 of Schedule 1 to, the Electoral Administration Act 2006 (c.22); Schedule 6A was inserted by section 61(5) of that Act.
