In the above table— “fire and rescue authority” means a fire and rescue authority under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004(1); “NHS trust” and “NHS foundation trust” have the same meanings as in the National Health Service Act 2006(2); and “the road” means the road to which the proposed order relates. | ||
