1977 c. 37; amendments of the Act relevant to these Rules are made by the Regulatory Reform (Patents) Order 2004 (SI 2004/2357), and by paragraph 26(4) of Schedule 2 to the Patents Act 2004 (c. 16) which was brought into force on 22nd September 2004 by SI 2004/2177 (C. 94).
SI 1988/93, as amended by SI 1990/1473, which was made under section 102 of the Finance (No. 2) Act 1987 (c. 51). See the matters specified in Part IV of Schedule 1 and Parts I and II of Schedule 2 to that Order.
