The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 106 and 108 of the Mental Health Act 1983(1) and with the consent of the Treasury so far as is required by section 106(5) of that Act, hereby makes the following Rules—
1983 c. 20: extended by section 111(2A) and 111(3A) of that Act and applied by section 10(1)(d) of the Enduring Powers of Attorney Act 1985 (c. 29); sections 111(2A) and 111(3A) were inserted by the Public Trustee and Adminstration of Funds Act 1986 (c. 57). section 2.
