Annex B - Territorial extent and application in the United Kingdom
- The Trade (Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership) Act extends to the whole of the UK except for section 3(4)(a) and Part 1 (amendments to procurement regulations for England and Wales and Northern Ireland) and section 3(4)(b) and Part 2 of the Schedule (amendments to procurement regulations for Scotland).
