Section 68(3) provides for sections 30 to 37, 52 and 63 to 69 to come into force on Royal Assent. The regulation-making powers in sections 3, 4, 7, 11(2), 11(6), 18, 20, 24, , 40, 42, 43 and 60(7) also come into force on Royal Assent. The remaining provisions will be brought into force by commencement regulations made by the Secretary of State (section 68(1)).
